I have used you several times previously and always was very impressed with the care, the knowledge and the professionalism of your workers. I was less than impressed with my experience this most recent time. The job on the carpets was alright but the guy himself was not engaging and seemed almost careless as he whipped the hoses around. He had forgotten his corner protectors at his last job and I had to tell him to watch our wall corners going up and around the stairway. Before when there were trouble spots the guys really worked at pretreating them and explained why they were not getting as clean but this time he just informed me there were some spots left he could not get. It was ok, but he did not seem all that interested in really working to get them. The upstairs carpets were quite wet and took over 36 hrs to be dry enough to replace things. Anyway, I would have you guys come again, I just would prefer another worker.

No lengthy wait time for appointments. Employees are always on time, respectful and, from my experience, go the distance to get the job done properly. I have always been a satisfied customer and have gone to Zerorez for my cleaning needs for the past several years.
Not make it so hard to follow through with our appointments the first two times, before finally scheduling the third time.

This was the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. My carpet was in the worst shape it's ever been yet it was probably the cleanest since I had it new! The technician Alex was super knowledgeable and nice! Originally, I was frustrated that they gave me an arrival window of 12-2pm but Alex wasn't able to arrive until almost 3pm. I think the offices overbooked but I did get a call saying he was running late and would probably arrive around 2pm so I was thankful they at least called once with an update. Once Alex came and explained everything to me so kindly, and did a super job in my house, I was really impressed and will certainly use Zerorez again.
The carpet looks clean and the spots don't come back like they do with other cleaning companies.

Gabriel was timely and professional. Pricing fair overall, although the charge for removing cat urine stain/odor from a small area in closet was high. The charge was for the entire closet but the only area cleaned/stain removed was a very small section in the closet. I didn't mind the $30 for the stain removal but I felt the additional charge of $50 for the "closet" (when 90% of closet was not touched) was a bit much. I paid the fee but next time I will ask prior to the tech doing the work so I won't be surprised by the exorbitant additional charge. I may call technician back as there are a few small stains re-appearing in the LR.

I was disappointed that I still have a couple of spots that didn't come out. Not sure if I
should try to clean it again. I think it was pre treated before he cleaned the carpet.
I would like a retake. He worked really fast. Where there were stains he should have gone back and forth several times in every case, but he did not. He barely was there for 1 hour. There were a lot of stains he did not get rid of. One was one I had recently tried to get out - it was throw up from a cat. It was recent, and when he was done it looked about the same.
Also I had asked him to tell me what I should do to maintain it so it does not come back. He said
he would tell me but he forgot.

We have 2 dogs and there have been a couple of urine accidents. My carpets turned out very nice. Happy with the results and it dried faster than l exspected.
