My carpet feels softer and looks cleaner. Most importantly, the tech was friendly and on time.
Eddy my tech was friendly and honest. He spent time to explain the cleaning process and how Zerorez is different from other carpet cleaning services. He also tested a small area of tile and explained what the issue was (wax build up) and how that has to be stripped before it can be cleaned. Overall he took his time to do a good job and not mess anything up either.
The representatives are always on time, very professional, and take great care with my furniture and personal items. The carpets always look fantastic after a Zerorez treatment!

The carpet smells so clean when the cleaning is done. I have an auto immune illness that makes it very important the everything be non toxic. I never get sick from the carpet cleaning unlike I have from other carpet cleaning companies that claim their cleaning is non toxic. Zerorez really is safe and effective.
