I like that Zero Rez is a clean company and explains everything up front. Our technician Ben did a beautiful job on our carpets, and we are very pleased with the results. Ben was very knowledgeable about the process for cleaning carpet and other surfaces like tile that we have in our house, so we will use Zero Rez again soon. We appreciated the ease in scheduling online, the email confirmation and reminder, and the phone call from Ben when he was 30 minutes away. Great professional company!
Technicians are always friendly and on time. Zerorez gets the stains out and they don’t leave you with soaking wet carpets. They do provide you with paper slippers to utilize until the carpets are completely dry.

Jeremy did the carpet cleaning and did an excellent job and was very personable. We would use your company again, and ask for Jeremy.
Your product is exceptional and the reputation of your company is outstanding. The technician was very friendly and took pride in his work. 2 things. The tech said the hoses would not reach the 2nd floor apartment and had to use the portable unit. He did not try 1st. He carried that unit upstairs with great difficulty. The power of the unit blew the circuit and all of the appliances and lights in my kitchen were off. Eddie said this had never happened before and would figure this out. He attached a few hoses together and was able to use the unit in the truck. I was still charged for the portable unit. Secondly, I also wanted my sofa cleaned. Eddie said this could not be done with the portable unit. When he could use the hose from the truck unit, I asked if he could clean the couch. He was worried that the material on the couch would not hold up and would have streaks. I’m not sure why as you offer upholstery cleaning. I have a 3 cushion light gray sofa from West Elm. Perhaps more training will help.

Everything went as planned from the moment I scheduled the appointment. Follow through with confirmation of the appointment as well as your technician calling before the appointment to let me know when he expected to arrive. No surprises.
The carpet nit only looks nice and clean, it actually feels nice and clean.
Great results, great service! I was concerned about carpet drying quickly enough after our morning carpet cleaning, but the carpet was dry enough by the evening so we could sleep in the apartment without dampness.
