Friendly staff
I’ve had your work done in the past and seems to be inconsistent results depending on the cleaning crew. Some have done superb job while others not so well.
As in the past the tech was professional, informative came in and got the job done

We appreciate the zero residue left behind. Our technician, Eduardo, was prompt, informative, friendly, very professional, and did an amazing job! Our carpets were 2 years dirty and smelled like dog. After cleaning, deodorizing, and protecting, our carpets are so clean and fresh smelling!

After the carpet cleaning, it was totally clean and dried very quickly. No odor after cleaning. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I like that your product does not have harsh chemicals that leave residue on the carpet after it is cleaned. Also, once cleaned, it does not take long for the carpet to dry and can be walked on.

Honestly I wasn’t impressed at all. I had high hopes but the urine smell was still there and other cleaning companies did a much better job at going over the area multiple times. I don’t get any fragrance from any company either. I cannot do fragrance maskers.
