I had my house cleaned by zerorez in Colorado. The tech that came in was very nice and worked very hard, but the carpet did not come out very clean. My brother was walking on the damp carpet with his socks and his socks were so dirty. There were multiple areas with spots or stains that just didn't come out. In our home we have cream colored carpet that looked pretty darn dirty from the hall to the kitchen area and it is beautiful. I expected the carpet in CA to look a little better unfortunately. I feel like the water being used to clean was just too dirty to clean an entire house. The tech really tried his best but I was not thrilled with the result.
Technician was very thorough and did all the necesssary spot cleaning as well

Did a very fine job on our carpets.
The technician was nice but the cleaning did not clean our carpets very well. There was even a small spot of a fresh coffee stain ( I spilled the coffee the morning of our cleaning) that did not come out.

Products used are not harmful to people or animals. I love cones are used to protect corners. I also love towels are put down to absorb water. I also love they leave shoe protectors in case we have to walk on the wet floor.
