I've been using Zerorez for years. They are the only company I will use because they are the only company that actually gets the carpet clean! And all of their service techs are so polite and helpful. So worth a little extra money.
The Zerorez tech Marcel was able to clean my rayon viscose area rug very well. Since it is natural fiber and there were a few pet stains he explained that they might not come out completely, which I appreciated his honesty. Overall the rug looks much better and I am pleased.
Sal was great in carrying out this service! Highly recommended.
