The tech who came out to our house did a PHENOMENAL job! The man was an absolute miracle worker! He was very professional and thorough. He made sure to get all the pet stains treated before the main cleaning began and he did a excellent job. We would not hesitate to call to have our carpets cleaned again by this guy.

Punctual and courteous service. The carpet areas really needed some deep cleaning, and now they look new. Initially, we were a bit worried because we saw some raised carpet "bumps" in a couple of rooms, and we thought the treatment had dislodged the carpet, but it all looked fine after full drying. Now it looks like a brand-new carpet. So, overall, we're very satisfied, and we'll recommend Zerorez to our friends. Thank you!
