The carpet looked beautiful for an important party, and, of course, promptly got a major spill by one of the people who attended. I mopped it up as best as a could, and in a few months we'll probably have you back to do even more of our carpets.

By stating up front the total cost, be a little more clear on your commerical exactly how much is three area's.

The fact that no chemicals/soaps are used. That means no residue and my carpets will stay cleaner longer. Our technician ("Livingston") was courteous and efficient. This is the best cleaning my 21-year old carpets have ever gotten.

All of the spots came completely out of the carpet, even the really bad ones, and none of them reappeared. The carpet is soft and not crunchy with soap residue. The home touch up cleaning kit works phenomenally. THe technicians were excellent, efficient, neat and clean and extremely nice. We are very happy with zerorez and will use this service again. I have already recommended it to some friends. We are done with the old carpet cleaning method for good !

I was very happy with Zerorez carpet cleaning services. My carpet was only a year old, but with two little boys it was looking pretty shabby already! Luckily, none of the stains were permanent and even after two months our carpeting is still looking great after a visit from Zerorez. I was very pleased that everything was dry in a reasonable amount of time. We were also helped by a warm day combined with a fan, but I did not feel like the carpeting was "soaked." Marcel was fantastic. He was thorough and quick, and so pleasant. I also appreciated his advice about how to treat minor stains and how to keep our carpeting looking great until our next cleaning with Zerorez.

The serv Rep was very friendly and fast he set up and went to work. The serv was able lift out pet stains and dirt and the carpets smelld so fresh afterwards. I also feel good about no chemicals oe detergents reside lft in my carpet.

The cleaning was better than any chem dry type cleaning I've ever used in the past. It's been more than a month and the carpets didn't have returning stains as has happened in the past.

My husband was dissapointed that for the cost of the cleaning; several stains did not get removed (but who knows what those stains may of been) and he felt that there should be a crisp, clean smell in addition to the fact that it took two days to completly dry which frustrated him.

I realize that your claim is that stains won't re-appear since foot traffic is not activating the chemicals and soaps that most cleaners use. We are neither pro or con this zerorez process at this time. Thanks

This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I'll never go back! I have a toddler and dog and between the two our carpet gets destroyed. I've used numerous carpet cleaning services but many of the stains come back within a week. I don't know what Zerorez does but the stains are gone for good every time they leave and there's no nasty odors from cleaning chemicals or anything else. They cost more than other carpet cleaning services but they leave your carpet (or whatever you need cleaned) like new. I've had Brian as the cleaner before and he's very professional and friendly.

I love that the stains that always reappear after a cleaning DID NOT REAPPEAR after your company cleaned my carpets.
