I like the fact that no chemicals are use to clean. the service was very professional, Robert did a very good job cleaning the house carpet as well as the carpet and seats of my car, and also telling me good tips to use the spot remover that comes with unlimited free refills.
The rug is staying clean a lot longer than previous cleanings.

maybe a better rinse. Spots did not come out which you cannot always see until carpet is dried. I had to use a spotting agent after carpet dried & got spots out better. I think maybe hot water/steam is better.
No residue left, dries quickly. Stays cleaner longer, and that's saying something, because we have pets. Your technicians do a teriffice job! I've used several other carpet cleaners in he last 30 years, but this is the BEST!!!

Green, residue free, carpets look great after cleaning!
The carpet really looks and feels clean after it dries. Also the stains are gone and do not reappear after the carpet is dry.

you are very expensive. Also, the sealer for the furniture was very smelly, and I didn't realize it would be.
The first person that came to do the carpets did not do a very good job. I would never have recommended zerorez after the work that he did. But, the next guy that came did a wonderful job and I would recommend zerorez. So, I would recommend you to my friends if I knew that their first experience was going to be like my second experience, then I would be happy to recommend you.

This is my fourth time using Zerorez. As usual the products and services were excellent. I had a lot of stains and dirt this time both on the carpets and upholstery and your employee Robert was very diligent and produced results that brought back my carpet and sofas to look almost brand new. It costs too much to pay by the room when my house is so small. You should charge by the square foot.
Professional technican behaviors, including explaining what the cleaning process would involve.Would return to correct any resurfacing soil patterns, if appeared after carpet dried. Did an excellent job. No damage to anything. Product really cleaned up and improved the appearance of my carpets.
