The carpets are really clean and the stains have not come back.

He did a very good job. I am in the carpet industry and have always use the Host
Carpet Cleaning Method before, but will be happy to change to your product and
recommend it whenever possible.

The technician came when he said he would. He called first to narrow the time window. The carpet came out beautifully, dried quickly and felt like new. The only reason I'm not rating it 10 is that I had some other things I wanted done and somebody was supposed to call me back to schedule another visit. Nobody called. The technician said he had problems with his truck and was running late so he couldn't do what was not on the work order. It's my fault for not asking that those things be added when I schduled the carpet to be cleaned. However, if he said somebody would call they should follow through. Now, instead of paying Zerorez, I'm going to clean the area rugs and upholstery myself. Possibly it's not cost-efficient to come out for just a couple of chairs and two small area rugs. I'll definitely call Zerorez again, because I think the carpet looks like new and there's no chemical residue to worry about.
No major order, fast drying time

Everything. The technician Douglas Arias was excellent, on time, very professional, good with my dogs. He explained things honestly. Didn't try to sell me anything. Gave me advice on letting it dry, and those great little plastic booties. And my carpet looks better than it has in years. So far, none of the spots I complained about have come back. And the carpet feels soft, not crunchy, unlike after other companies clean it.
I initially was going to go with someone else because your prices were higher. But I realize the other guys all try to upsell me anyway, and the carpets don't look good for very long. So I think you have earned a new customer. And I will tell my friends as well.
Took care to protect corners of walls from cords and cleaned up after service. Courteous and on time.
Very effective and of course no residue!
I was impressed with how quickly it was done and my carpet dried. I also appreciated the fact that when I called regarding a concern I had that I was reassured that if I still had a question once my carpet was completely dry you would send someone out to check out the problem. Once my carpet was dry there was no problem.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very professional and upfront about what stains would likely not be completely removed. He cleaned a very dirty carpet, and there was no smell of chemicals afterwards. I have received many compliments from visitors to our home since the carpet was cleaned. This is a GGRREAT way to clean carpets!

I had my kitchen floor (tile) steam cleaned. The technician then had an associate seal the grout. The technician dripped grout sealer on various tiles across the kitchen. When I pointed this out to him, he told me it would be okay, it would dry. In actuality, the grout sealer has made spots on my floor and after a few weeks it still has not come up after several washings. I was happy with the steaming process. The drip marks have made me unhappy with the process as they detract from my clean floor.
I called the next business day and left a detailed message regarding the drip marks and have never received a call back.
I would be happy if the tile in question were resteamed to removed these drip marks.

The quality of the results were and are still outstanding. My wall-wall carpet is 11 years old, and had many old stains from a dog and 3 cats. I never thought they could be removed, but they mostly have. It's amazing!
