efficient and friendly technician
Young man was polite, did his job - price was acceptable and in fact good. We joked about drinking the fluid. He did a great job and yes I will recommend you, HOWEVER more and more people are taking out carpet and putting in floor.

Carpet looked new again, friendly service & very professional.
I like that no harsh chemicals are used and left on our carpets. The technician was very friendly. I didn't like that the person on the phone said the servicemen would move all my couches, etc. then when he was here he said they didn't do that. So you need to get your story straight either way. Lucky my husband & I moved most things otherwise we wouldn't have gotten certain places cleaned. Paul did a very good job, would have likes to have little blocks under a few more things, but other than that, he did a really good job.
The service was good; the system actually works well. However, what turned me off was that the serviceman's appearance was unprofessional. His clothes were dirty. He wore a workshirt that had someone else's name on it. Although he was nice, friendly and professional in his demeanor, his appearance did not reflect a good representation for your company.
Not really happy with some of the dirtier areas that were cleaned. They seem cleaner but not as clean as others have gotten them.
It worked!!! I have white carpet and did not want to use any detergents on it. I was so worried about track marks and using zerorez, it never happened
After the carpet dried three days later, it looked like it was never done. The stains were still there and so was the dirt.
I love how you protect my corners by covering them before you start the job. I also feel my carpets are cleaner than they have ever been and the look lasts longer than other companies.
area rugs took long time to dry because they were thick. No one mentioned they needed to be lifted up with fans. The smell was so bad and all thru the house...and it was Christmas and we had lots of visitors. They came back and sprayed some type of stink removal which did nothing. Weeks later could not get near rug, so you brought to Irvine to clean again and dry hanging up. Very disappointing and made Christmas very hard. It is only a year old and a $12,000 rug. Of course hoping when it comes back it will not smell!
Your tech was very courteous, thorough and professional. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies, you do not aggressively "upsell" once you arrive and start work.
The carpets looked fantastic, better than when we cleaned with all the chemicals! We really like the idea that it is chemical free. I would use your company again for sure.
We have used you before and wer VERY happy with the service. However, this last time you came out was more than dissapointing. Mind you we fully realize that there are no miracles when it comes to cleaning carpets. But.....the stains that were pre-treated (and charged extra for) were back bad as they started as soon as the carpet dried.
I don't know if it was because the operator was new (the old one died in a boating accident we were told) or what. But we were sadly dissapointed.

The results
The guy who came over was excellent. But the best thing about your service is that it works amazingly well. And it has no smell! I'm extremely happy. The only thing I would recommend is that you give people a more honest estimate of how long it takes to dry. For my low-pile carpet, it took about two days to fully dry. I have no problem at all with that--I knew it wouldn't be dry in the 5-7 hours that you estimated. I think you should tell people it'll be dry in 10-48 hours, depending on the type of carpet.
Alittle pricey for one hour of work.

First the service rep: was very helpful, professional and took the time to show me how zerorez works. My carpets look and smell wonderful,as a Real Estate Broker I am always looking for companies to clean carpets,I will stop looking and now only use Zerorez.
Clean, fast, thorough.
Our carpet was a disaster I really did not think that your company would be able to get some of the stains out. Your representative arrived on time and assured me that he could bring our carpet back to like new condition. He said that since this was a very high quality carpet he should have no problem. He said he was going to pre-treat the bad areas with a product made from Orange pellets, which he did, just a light spray. He then started to clean, my mouth dropped when the one area I thought was going to be a problem was gone. He continued to clean and in about 2 hours he was done cleaning all the carpets in the house. He made sure that any item that he moved had material under it so we could go back to normal as soon as he was gone. He was very professional, well versed in the product and a very well mannered young man. I will recommend your services to all our friends. My wife asked him for several business cards which he gladly gave her. Our choice to use your services was a resounding success. Great Job

The technician took a lot of time to spot the dog spots and other spots from coffee and wine that had been spilled. The carpet is almost 30 yrs old and looks almost like new. Just a couple of spots have resurfaced.
