I like that you use water and no chemicals to clean the carpet. The carpet looks great and refreshed afterward. Very pleased! The s is my 3rd time.

The service was great as well as the technician. I am completely happy with the result and I hope it stays this way for awhile! Please note that your technician is very professional and engaging and represents your company in a positive manner. The products seems to do the job extremely well making my carpet look close to new.

Your Service Representative Dee was very pleasant and well informed. Dee explained in detail all the aspects of the services he was offering to me. Dee was efficient, respectful of my home and me. He was prompt and examined all areas to be cleaned and answered all my questions in a Professional manner.

The technicians who have came to my house have always been very friendly and always do a great job. I also love that there are no chemicals left in the carpet.

Your cleaning technique is very good. No residue and very little order which is great for my COPD. The carpet was very stained but the Tech done a terrific job. I know the stains will return but it looks very good right now. Will have you do it again in the future. Luis Meza was very good.

No chemicals which makes it safe for my dog. And it really took care of the areas with the most traffic and ground in dirt.

What's not to like? Your tech was a half an hour early he was extremely kind, professional and informative. He was also quick and thorough. In my opinion I would do everything to keep him as an employee!! My carpets look brand new and have already passed your name on since yesterday. Thank you I will def use your services every time I need my carpets done.

The results are amazing - I hadn't had my carpet cleaned for quite awhile but they came out beautiful - also they were dry very quickly - I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned

The two techs were very nice and did a great job. I liked that you were able to do my ducts and my carpets and that I didn't have to juggle two companies. My sofa and carpets look great!
