I totally enjoy the texture and complete clean look of my carpeting now. I have been totally pleased the three times I've had your company do my carpets, tile and painted garage floor.
I also appreciate that your employees wear covering over their own shoes, so that they do not bring unnecessary items in from other jobs that maybe had excessive dirt, germs and animals or regular street dirt & tar .

The only thing that bothered me was your fuel surcharge to come to my home; you are
already charging me to clean the carpets, why tack on fuel charge?
Not a very customer oriented way to do business.
On plus side, the carpets came out very well. I was surprised that they managed
to rid the carpet of all the stains in my office.

Shannon was prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. He helped to educate us on tile and carpet cleaning to determine what we needed. My carpet looks like new again. The fact that there are no lingering chemicals, just makes it that much better. I will use Zerorez and request Shannon in the future.

I am a repeat customer and I have always been happy with the job you do but this last time I was disappointed. I think the cleaner rushed the job and left my carpets too wet. Carpet took overnight to dry and I could feel how wet they were when i walked on the carpet after he left. The carpets felt crunchy the next day, this had never happened before with your company. $350 for less than 2 hours of work is too much.

1st apt was 3 plus hrs late and ended up being done at night. I did pay for pet odor removal and the apt had to be resheduled due to the fact that the smell was still fragrant. For the 2nd apt, I asked that the tech have a blk light to find all pet stains and was told that they would make sure the tech had one. Well the 2nd apt was 2 hrs late and no blk light. I was told we could reschedule by the tech. This has been a complete disregard for my time and possibly a waist of money
