Our technician was friendly, courteous and professional. Our carpets looked great when he finished and the tile was spotless and looked like new. There was no chemical smell when he finished as there is with chemical cleaning and everything was dry in just a few hours. Would recommend without reservation to anyone needing professional carpet or tile cleaning.
the gentlemen did a very good job on my rugs, but my tile floors were a mess with water left on them.

Not the guys who do the work. My assigned tech was a real pro. Maybe a broader range of time selections - not a three or four hour window.

Jason did not want to clean my 100 sq. feet of tile for free. He said " with a grunt.. It won't match the rest . " He was right it looks exactly the same. Did not tip a penny to him. He would not honor my $25 for refering my neighbor. Not pleased
