The tech Ben was amazing, my carpets feel, smell and look brand new. We opted for the deep clean this time and was well worth it. Simply the best company. I have cheated once and used a coupon saving company, but my carpets did not appear as clean, and became more dirty it seemed, sooner. Back to Zerorez where I pledge my allegiance! :)
The product has no odor and my carpets look brand new. The gentleman, Zak was very professional, took the minutes to explain why spots reappear when I've cleaned them, and worked very hard cleaning some much-needed high traffic areas. I was extremely impressed with him. My carpets truly look beautiful. Thank you for a great product to clean, good machines, and especially a very well trained employee. He represents your company well. The office staff set the appointment with me and also called on Friday to remind me that Monday @ 9 am appointment. Impressive, and Zak wasn't a minute late. Very impressive!

Reasonable and so far, I love the outcome. Hoping the "tracks" in the heavy traffic areas do not return.
My technician, Art, was very professional and friendly. As always my carpets look like new.
I picked zerorez because I thought that maybe you had the best quality equipment etc. for the job. I felt like everything was an upsell. I could have my carpets clean or really clean for an extra cost. The tiny hallways were also counted as rooms instead of including them as part of customer service. I could understand if the hallways were very long or large but just a tiny stretch that was unacceptable. It is hard for me to recommend in the future

When quoting the pricing it should state you charge a fuel charge. The gas prices have decreased so I don't believe their is a need for that. The price of the pet treatment was also additional and quite high priced for each room.

I have tried other carpet cleaning companies and the spots would reappear after a short time. Zerorez did a thorough job and the spots never reappeared. I love my fresh, clean and new looking carpets!
They work very well, and get all stains and dirt out. It was nice talking to the technician, who was kind to let me know exactly what he was doing. He stayed quite a while to ensure all of the carpet was cleaned, dirt and stains removed.
