What I expect is always exceeded, there was a big paint stain on my couch & you guys were even able to get that removed. I didn't expect that to even be possible. There was also some spray paint overspray on the carpeting in my closet from an old DIY project, also completely gone when all I expected was for it to maybe only be partially removed.
I really only have two complaints. The Technician wore booties that captured the moisture from the carpets and then left treads and smears all over the hardwood floors. This just created more work for me. I had to mop the floors which I had no plans to do the next day. The only solution I can think of, is you need to lay some kind of rummer down on the areas like that.
I saw no significant difference in the kitchen tile floors when done.
The products used are safe & non toxic and still provide great cleanliness.
Technicians are always courteous and always call when they are on their way. Love having a green way to clean our carpets!! Thanks so much!
I have no complaints about the service the person that came to do the cleaning was great. My other carpet cleaner gets it cleaner but it's the residue that makes it get dirty easier faster, so I tried Zerorez

Jay was very professional and knowledgable and took great effort to remove water based personal lubricant stains. His customer service skills were excellent. I was disappointed in the Pre Treatment of the stains and the companies inability to supply Jay with stronger cleaner. I was hoping for better results.
Shannon was great he was very knowledgable about the products he was using and how it they would help elimate pet stains and the drying process.
He did pressure for 'upsales' onlly made suggestion. He was great very professional clean and respectful he his a great asset to your company. I will use Zerorez services again and refer others just simply based on how Shannon represented Zerorez.
