Carpet is beautifully clean, even pet stains. And it was dry within a couple of hours. Service tech was on time, very courteous and professional.

I was happy with the technician but unhappy with the process. A week after the cleaning the spots reappeared. The section of the stairs that were cleaned were a different shade after cleaning than the portion of the carpet that was uncleaned. It wasn't a different color because it was cleaner. I have family that have used your company and they have been satisfied. Unfortunately, I am not. For days after the process I could smell chemicals.

I was amazed at the difference in my floor after Zerorez had performed their services. The technicians were unable to clean it to their standards after initial treatment so they called their supervisor who came out immediately and provided them with the product needed to complete the job. Everyone was friendly and stayed with it until the job was done. I am so thankful that they didn't give up on me or my floor until we were all completely satisfied. The best customer service I have had in Las Vegas with any of my residential services! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone in need of their services.

Your technician did a wonderful job in cleaning my carpet which was extremely dirty and had a number of spots which I thought would never come out. How wrong I was! My carpet looks almost new (It is twenty-two years old). I will definitely recommend you to my freinds however I would prefer that you do not use my name in your promotions.

I give Zack a 10! He's a nice guy… knew his stuff but no pressure. We had the works- pet and Scotch Guard services. I can honestly say that this is the best carpet cleaning we've had! Pet stains are gone and the really dirty areas look like new. I am more than pleased!!

I love the results...my carpet looks great. However, the area which I had cleaned and have had cleaned in the past is approximately 250-300 sq. ft. My husband and I measured today. We were first quoted a price of $272.00 and when I balked at that, the price that was offered was $200.00. I told the technician that I thought that was a ridiculous price and if I was having my whole house carpet cleaned, it would cost a thousand dollars. Since I was sitting with some of my furniture already moved, I accepted the $200.00 price, but feel that I cannot afford this company anymore. I would love for someone in a management position to come to my house and see if they think this is a reasonable price for such a small area. I feel preyed upon and I don't like that feeling.
I loved all of it. The man that did the job was very nice. The only thing I wish was that you put air freshener on the carpet. It left a smell until it dried.
19 year old carpeting looks almost new after the cleaning.
I purchased Zerorez and used the product in my own carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment. I was satisfied with the end results, but they weren't near what your commercials show. Of course, I don't have the sophisticated, powerful tools you use.

SOOO expensive...sooo many upcharges an my rugs were absolutely not clean so I assume my carpets aren't either even though I paid a lot of extras for deep cleaning and pet charges. A total of $435 for a house with only 3 bedrooms of carpet...no carpet in any other rooms, a rug and a small couch.
Excellent service on my air conditioning units. Very thorough. Joey, their service person, was able to answer all my questions. 2 thumbs up.
