My carpet looks amazing and it dried fast just like they said. Also my carpet is soft and not crunchy. I will definitely call them again when I need them. Also their technicians were courteous and friendly.
Drop $8.00 trip charge. The $622.00 carpet and complete tile cleaning charges should have been more than enough to waive the trip charge. I also found after the technician left there was dirty residue left on the baseboards and some tile in the back part of the house which I should have checked but the floor was quite wet and since my husband and I are seniors we were afraid to walk on the wet floor.

They came out the same day that I called them. Very thourough service.
Well wanted my carpets cleaned, told then they used to have pets there that i needed the pet/pee smell out of the carpet, got quoted 175 but then they called and said to fix the smell they had to do more totaling the amount of almost $600. Smell was still there, so they said they would come back to do a second pass to get the smell out but the guy said he only did a topical treatment. So after over $640 i have a semi decent carpet, but still have a terrible smell coming from it, a complete waste of a lot of money!

Quality results but poor customer service
The individual who recommended Zerorez to me said Z does a good job and is more expensive than most. I would agree. Generally the carpet looked fine and most of the major soiling was removed and the soiling was bad in a number of areas. Two comments: the commode room in the master bedroom was not done and though the carpets looked good over 98% the edges against the base board have a dark grey or black line or area that to me is an indication the wand being used was too large to remove the soil next to the base board.
The technician was an excellent communicator and answered all questions. He was courteous and took care of the billing efficiently at the completion of the work. The time frames given for completion and for drying of the carpeting were accurate. The carpets came out very clean. They had not been cleaned since purchase of them 14 years ago. Looking good.
