The fee was entirely different than what was expected. We had three area rugs, all in one area and no furniture on any of them, I expected to be charged $87.00 (The advertised $29.00 X 3) plus $8.00 home fee. Yet the fee charged totaled $143.00. The area of these rugs do not have the square footage that would cover two small bedrooms. I feel this was poor business.
Carpets look fabulous...however, the 3 hour window on waiting is dissappointing. Our cleaner...Zack was awesome!

I like that the people I talk with to coordinate the work (Ben McKee and Brad Hardisty) are very helpful and accommodating to make it work and make sure the information is correct. The workers due a thorough and careful job onsite. And the cost is competitive.
There are a few things that I was highly disappointed with. First, the quote given over the phone was grossly understated when it came to the quote given at the home. I understand not seeing the property and it's issues is hard to give an estimate...but when it exceeds $500 outside of your quote, that is deceiving, and in my case, I was stuck there having to accept the lowest quote your tech could give me because I was moving out the next day. I returned the next day to close up the house and globs of hair were left on the floor, I could visibly see tons of hair that supposedly your machines would take care of, and (though I knew it might be a slight issue) the house smelled of pet odor and for the money I spent, I would expected it to be undetectable.
Our tech did a great job cleaning our carpet and tile.

I needed someone fast, they were able to accommodate. The woman that helped me on the phone was great, friendly and got it done quickly. Appt was never confirmed but when I called, they had me on the schedule. The technician was awesome, did an amazing job and very professional and friendly.
Did not show up . Called to find out what was going on and never got a call back . Confusion over two people named First name removed ...not even same address or city . Then emailed me a bill copy for my "service " . When I later spoke to a customer care person she was rude and dismissive and said mistakes happen . From her demeanor and tone it sounded like a canned speech... Must have to give it a lot .

Professional and friendly service. We love the way are carpets turned out. Time will tell though, we are taking great measures to assure the carpets stay as well as they look after the cleaning.
