It is not necessarily Zerorex I am disappointed in - the service man, Wil, was nice and friendly and kept me informed on everything he was doing, but when I called for the appointment I said the carpet was not necessarily in need of cleaning, but there was an awful pet urine smell from a guest dog who had spent a week at my home. I had already sprayed and cleaned and deodorized the best I could but occasionally my sensitive nose would burn with the smell. When Wil came he did not have the light used to detect the urine and basically only treated where I told him I had seen spots. And there were either obviously other places or the technique used was not effective enough. To me the odor is worse now than before and I cannot tell where it is coming from. He did on several occasions say that there is no guarantee but I live in a mobile home and only had the living/dining room area and one bedroom shampooed and he only cleaned the areas of the upholstery closest to the floor (I had asked for the urine smell to be removed from the sofa and chair also at the time of making the appointment) and the charge was $241. AND I STILL HAVE THE SMELL. I was not concerned with the carpet cleaning because it was not dirty, I wanted the pet smell out. Knowing the reason for the appointment and my stressing my concern when Wil got here I think he should have had the proper equipment (the light or anything else used to find the spots - the light was used the first time I used Zerorez before I moved in here). I believe since he was not able to determine exactly where the urine stains where. they were not all removed and masked over causing the smell to be brought out again, even worse. I would not have had the carpet cleaned if I had known it would not help or make any difference with the smell. To make things right I would suggest all your vans be furnished with the black lights and if it is not possible to remove the smell (which I had under control and was not noticing any more but wanted to make sure it was properly removed so another male dog entering my home would not smell it and start to urinate). Now I am facing having the carpet removed and replaced and the furniture replaced because of the awful smell. I could have put the $241 to this expense.

I cannot believe how clean my carpet is. Never before have my carpets looked as clean and new as they do now. Thank you so much Zerorez (and especially Dometrik Brame!) I gave it a week before submitting my review because I wanted to really let the carpets dry to see if any of the stains reappeared. Much to my surprise, they didn't! I have a sister in Phoenix who is waiting on my review because she really didn't believe that you could get carpets clean without soap. Cannot wait for her to come for a visit so she can view my "new" carpets with her own eyes!!

Called and was able to get a next day appointment. Unexpected and much appreciated. Brian is awesome. Gave me options and quotes. He suggested a specific treatment based on the severity of the pet stains. He didn't press and let me decide what treatment I wanted. Super friendly, loves dogs and kept me informed of where he was in the process. He is a class act and I'm very pleased with his work and Zerorez!

As far as how to regain my confidence in your methods to use your company again I suggest you present and explain the low advertised prices you offer and eliminate the unnecessary expensive services. I am not a negotiator and am extremely upset by being placed in such a situation.
Both guys did a nice job (Juan & Benjamin) my carpet look real nice. The only thing my husband was upset about was the marks on the back board, he has to paint it. Other then that we are happy with the way the carpet looks.
The technician was very professional, on time and explained the process very clearly. We are very pleased with the final outcome of the carpet cleaning. It has been a week since we had the carpet and stairs done and they still look just like the first day. Job well done.
