The work was very well done in a timely manner with a friendly pair of workers.
How nice my rugs came out. I couldn't believe my eyes. Wil was great and explained eceeyting to me before he started anything. I would recommend to my friends. I will also have them back to do the rest of my rooms.

This is written in regards to your technician Jacob Webb. We heard on the radio a special rate: 3 rooms of carpeting for $29.99 per room plus 100 SQ feet of tile cleaned for free. This is what we told him we wanted done, but somehow he came up with a charge of $379.00. He kept telling us that he was going to do various things free of charge if I would have this that and the other thing done. We told him that we did not intend to spend $379.00 then he changed the bill to $248.00 and kept changing the pricing. This bantering went on for over 1/2 hr. finally I asked him to leave, he informed us that his tech (the person with him was a very good guy) had already sprayed two rooms of carpeting and that he would have to complete the service for a minimum fee of $95.00 so we agreed to let him do the third room. At one point I had had threaten to call the police he was so defiant and argumentative we were beyond frustrated. NEVER NEVER send Mr. Webb to our home for any carpet or tile cleaning. No up sell agreed upon booking and on work order. Tech noted this but still tried with a demo, which would have increased the cost considerably. Because we did not fall for this he was most unwilling to move any small unbreakable item. Never placed plastics under any item after Son moved them back. Horrible Service worst than any other company. Requested discount from mgmt. DENIED.
WOULD LIKE TO BE OFFERED FREE CLEANING IN 6 MONTHS WITH A DIFFERENT TECH.

Juan was VERY knowledgeable and helped to explain exactly what was happening what to watch for and how to handle smaller rug spills in future. Went beyond and discussed the air filter and best way to clean and replace. Both I think (Anthony was his partner) WAS very precise in his "Attack" of this horrible carpet. Both worked very hard.

I have used Zerorez before. I never was charged a driving fee ($8) before and no mention of that charge was made when I set the appointment. Also, before, there was no difference in the price of doing a wall to wall carpeted room and an area rug. I still don't understand that. Also, I had a coffee stain next to my bed. I went to check it after they finished my room and could still see a faint graying of the carpet. They said that the stain had been there a while and that getting in and out of bed caused wear on the fibers, etc and that why the stain was still there, though faint. I requested they go over it again. When they did, the stain was removed. The carpet in that room is only a couple of years old and is not a cheap carpet. I knew that there couldn't be much wear and tear and that the stain could be removed. Surprised they tried to tell me differently.
Water marks from dragging hoses over our travertine floors left after cleaning. They should have been cleaned up. If they had been cleaned up the score would have been 10.
