I have older carpets and they look good after the cleaning.
I liked the fact that the floops have never been cleaned professional in the 18 yrs they have been down, but your guy was able to make them new again. Just not convinced on the sealer that was used....the dog drooled in the tiles that separate the rooms and it won't come up hummmm???
My carpet and grout cleaned up great and the guys were super friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Only thing I could complain about is we wanted the carpet protector and he was out so we couldn't get it. Otherwise it he did a great job!
Have your customer service folks ask what the customer is looking for, that way they can tell the customer about different levels of cleaning. By doing this, dispatch may get a clearer picture of how long a tech may be working for a particular customer.
The bubbles from the solution used left white powdery marks when the carpet dried. That seems unusual...hopefully it won't be an issue for my crawling grandchild. Please let me know if otherwise.
Lastly, the technician Jason, was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and thorough for this first time customer.

Ryan & his partner arrived ahead of time. We took a walk thru they told me about problem areas what they would do to take care of them.
They cleaned area I picked out for a test clean. If I didn't like it they would leave but it was beautiful so they did all carpets in the house.
They also cleaned the tile floors.
They are very professional.

some of the traffic areas did not clean as well as the overall carpet. I think the zerorez process does well for most of the carpet and tile. Some of the soiled areas are still a little darker than the rest of the carpet.
