I like the concept of not putting soap into the carpet. I have had only positive experiences with the technicians, and most recently, Ryan Poole was exceptional. His explanations explanations, attention to detail, and thorough cleaning were superior.

I've lived here for 13 years, and have never used any other carpet cleaning company. I am totally happy with Zerorez service and the results. Andrew not only did a great job, but was thorough and fast.

You need to do a better job cleaning upholstery--needed to call your technician back to redo cleaning sn ottoman
You did a good job as far as I can see so far. However, my cleaning cost nearly $400 for an hour and a halfs work. Very little materials were used and I just can't see enough value in your service to justify that cost. Thank you

I'm happy with the service, Jake was great. I'm disappointed in the "bait and switch" of your radio offer. I booked what was advertised as 3 rooms for $89 and ended up paying $355 which is absolute robbery.
I had 1 bedroom cleaned, a small hallway, and stairs. Apparently a hallway or stairs don't count as a room which is fine. But then to get the carpets cleaned in a way Jake wanted them, he wanted extra treatments, etc. and made it seem like it'd be a waste of money to only do the cleaning I had scheduled. Of course I trusted him and he was doing his job but the price differential was disgusting and I'd honestly never suggest Zerorez to anyone because of it.
Only sell a real cleaning if the advertised price isn't going to cut it.
At the time appointment is made, possible pricing increases should be explained. Also, appointment time windows should be closely adhered to.
Our personal experience with your technicians was very good. Their ability to clean carpets cannot be questioned. They left our carpets looking great.

Usually they are efficient and do a good job. This time, in the process of cleaning our computer room closet rug, he knocked the one of the sliding doors off the track and we can't get it back on so we will have to have it repaired. This is a first,however, as usually they are excellent and very careful. We did not get the man we asked for so perhaps that was part of the problem,
My carpets look awesome everytime with longlasting results. The Technicians are knowledgable and professional.
