I felt nickel and dimed when I was charged extra for a small upstairs hallway and tiny master closet. The estimate should give a heads up about this kind of thing. The techs were really great and the service was good, but seems expensive (even though I opted for a regular instead of the pricier recommended deep clean). Also I realized after they left that I didn't get the free tile cleaning- we both forgot about it! I guess that was as much my fault also though, since I didn't remember to remind about it.
This is the second time where streaks of white and white footprints are all over our carpet. These were not there prior to the cleaning. It makes the floors look more noticable (in a bad way) than when they were just dirty. Seems like there may be a whole lot of residue, instead of zero.

Zerorez is so Awesome! Rep was professional, respectful, quick, but not rushed!! My carpet is 20 years old, has been cleaned before several times and has never come out looking so clean/new-looking before. So impressed! It also dried pretty quick, too, so all around impressive! We paid a little bit more, but so worth it!!!!! No comparison with other companies I've used as far as results!!
The carpets get and stay clean with Zerorez. The process is quick and my carpets dry within hours.
The carpet by the front door was wet for 2 days, I was wiping up with towels and lots of it was pet urine that wasn't extracted but was treated.
