Paid for tile and grout cleaning and that machine was not working so instead of getting a machine that worked or offering to come back they used the carpet cleaning wand to clean the tile. I didn't realize that's what that was until the next day when I spoke with a friend who happens to work there. He informed me that that wand does not clean tile. I then got a paper towel and wet it and wiped different areas and each time the paper towel was black. So I paid to get my floors clean and they are not!!! Then when I called the next day at 10 am I asked for a manager to call me and now its the next day and I never received that call. I feel taken advantage of and it makes it worse when you call and ask to have a manager call you and that doesn't happen. I should have been contacted right away or at least that same day!! I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received!!!!

Carpets don't look much cleaner. Technician was in and out in one hour for three bedrooms and stairs seems like job was rushed . Expected carpets to look cleaner for paying $200 .

I have very little experience with which to fall upon to recommend as each time you have come to my house it was to clean only a 10 ft x 10 ft patch of carpet.
I will say on this most recent trip I was disappointed the Zerorez company had not given my technician, Kenny, an updated black light so he was unable to see my area of concern thus we don't know how well the effected areas were cleaned.
Great customer service with attention to details at a very competitive price. Floors turned out looking brand new again, tile and carpet both.

The company was very easy to work with and get scheduled, and even rescheduled due to my schedule conflict at the last minute. They gave s 30 minute pre arrival phone call, which was very much appreciated. Brian the technician was professional and very helpful working around my moving company to move a refrigerator out mid cleaning session. No bad attitude, and took it in stride. Carpets looked wonderful, and smelled fresh. He didn't miss an inch. Before the treatment he scanned the rooms with a black light to see if there were any urine stains that needed special attention. This was a rental property and the tenants had 2 dogs. Thankfully only 2 spots were noted,Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you.

For the amount of space that we had cleaned I think the cost is somewhat high. If it was a business
cleaning with a large area, I think the cost would be in line for a larger space. For residential cleaning considering a smaller space the cost should be less. I am pleased with the outcome, but disappointed with the rate per square foot. The service man was very polite and efficient. Since this was the first time I had the floors cleaned I went with a recommendation from a friend. Next time I might go with a couple more estimates before committing.
No oder of products used. technician able to converse and explain the work to be done. He did miss two spots on rugs.
I like that you leave no residue behind. Also, the carpet dries fairly fast, not as fast as the tech said but still quicker than most. I can only hope my rugs are cleaned and sanitized as the commercials say.

Why don't you add stripping and polishing vinal kitchen floors in homes as well as the carpets

Really nice service techs, love the new machine that lifts the pile. Traffic patterns have been minimized/eliminated on our ten year+ carpets.
