Everything was explained step by step. Will was extremely courteous and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and made sure I was happy with each room and rug he did. He never pushed me to get anything I didn't need.

Hi we are very happy with the service we received yesterday. We were just going to clean our carpet, but they had a special for 100 sq ft of tile so we went ahead and did that too. The carpets look and feel great, but the tile is amazing! The tile and grout look like new! I never thought it could look this good ever again. We will definitely have this done again! We did also have a coupon which helped us to make the initial call. I am thrilled with the service we received. Thank you.

Great job! House was full of white cat fur/hair, cat pee and cat throw-up. They were able to get the floors looking brand new along with cleaning the French Provencial furniture upholstery. It looks awesome! Highly recommend!

I haven't seen the results of the cleaning, but the employees are competent and friendly.
This is the 3rd time I had zerorez clean my carpets and each time my carpet became even more clean, as all the old icky, sticky carpet cleaning are finally out. Even my brother-in-law noticed! I will never use another service and I will always ask for Andrew.
