I was referred by Bassett Furniture and that was all the recommendation that I needed. Everything went smoothly from the polite and knowledgeable appointment setters to the gentleman that arrived at my home - an appointment was available the very next afternoon, can't beat that for fast service! The man that arrived gave me the price and got started. He was very knowledgeable as well and had been in the industry for years. I was very comfortable knowing that we weren't bringing harmful chemicals into our home. Our couch looks great, very happy across the board with Zerorez. Highly recommend them, we will certainly use them again!
