The customer service and communication is excellent. Technician called prior to arriving and communicated very well during the carpet cleaning. We discussed the work to be done and he did exactly as discussed. Everything was done right and the cost is very reasonable. This is my second time using Zerorez service and I will be a repeat customer.

No harsh chemicals and fast dry time
When the process is done correctly, I really like how the biological agent for pet stains cleans up. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out that way. This last time, several spots are actually much more prevalent than they were before the cleaning and I was told that is because there was a chemical reaction to the agents that were used to originally clean the stain. What I don't understand is why did it only react to a few of the locations that stains have been cleaned up, but not all of them. I also learned this past visit that the previous technician did not apply the stain guard correctly. The stain guard is supposed to be brushed in after it is sprayed onto the carpet. These treatments add up and increase the total amount due. I guess if you don't have pets or kids, the cost is much less, but I have senior dogs that are starting to have issues and want to keep the carpets as clean as possible. Unfortunately, though I have been with Zerorez through many years and multiple locations, maybe it is time to find another service provider. I really have liked the clean that I have gotten from previous years and the lack of chemical or perfumy smells once it is cleaned.
