Great Service and the staff
I was amazed how well all my carpet cleaning came out so nice and fresh. Zane did a wonderful job. I had spots from pets and things that had been spilled on my carpets. I had tried everything to get the spots out and I made it much worse. I even sprayed bleach on my soiled carpet, and I didn't think that could ever be fixed to look decent again. But Zane did an unusual job and made most of the spots go away and the really bad spots almost unnoticeable.
I passed Zane's name along to some of my neighbors because they knew some of the stains I had been dealing with. I think you'll be hearing from them in the future.
I have been dealing with Stanley Steemer all of my life and there is no comparison between them and Zerorez. I'm so glad my friend told me about you.

Very FAST APPOINTMENT ; Techs were quick and professional
Thinking back in the service I feel like it was a little rushed, there circle been more time spent on the stairway, especially since I paid separate for it. And when I walked into my son’s room I saw the shelf was broken with legos he had in it broken as well. The tech didn’t notify me this happened, not a big deal the legos broke but shelf being knocked down would’ve been nice to know instead of finding it broken after he left. Should’ve been given a discount because of that tbh.

Out technician from Zerorez (Joe) was terrific! He explained each step of the way. I primarily work from home and was concerned the process would be noisy. It was not nearly as noisy as I expected. 😊

i love your service i just don't like how i get a quote for 350 and i tell my mom it will be 350 and then i give my credit card to my brother and tell him it will be 350 and i tell him don't overspend and then i leave town for the day so my brother is in charge of getting the couches cleaned and then i get a bill for 650 i was very upset that your up sold him he is autistic and he did not know any better. we did not need pet guard we do not have pets and we did not need scotch guard i can buy a can of that for ten bucks and do that myself i'm just very upset at the the guy that up sold my brother and i'm sorry i could not be there but next time i will be there and this will never happen again. i feel sick about the whole thing and i had to apologize to my mother about it.
