I love Zerorez because it’s different from other companies. Their process leaves no residue and floors stay clean longer. Techs are always friendly and professional. I am a repeat customer. I do my floors every 6-8 months so they stay looking new. Try them. You won’t be disappointed.
Professional, friendly, & inexpensive.
I’ve been using Zerorez for 10 years and I won’t ever use any other carpet cleaning service. My most recent cleaning my technician was a 10/10 for friendliness, knowledge and process. Zerorez use no chemicals and state of the art equipment, and my results were amazing.

Your people lie to the customers and they did half a job! They did not clean the edges of the carpet and made it sound as if the pet stains would be no problem and gone.
I always have enjoyed your services for both carpets and tile… however this time the result, even though you did a redo, was not perfect… I will have you redo for a third time when I return.

The hard sell of your worker who was over the top and almost had me cancel it while I was here. Basically said unless I doubled my bill my carpet would smell. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant and he was training someone who by the way was very pleasant inappropriate. I sent two emails, little shocking I have not heard back from anyone

The zerorez way of cleaning carpets is really the best. They do not leave the carpet soaking wet like others I have tried. I have pets and they have some treatment that removes any odors. The techs are always friendly and professional.
