The spots were removed from the rug where urine spots were. The smell is still there though.

We had three rugs cleaned so we could pack them for moving day. It's nice to have someone show up on time, and finish well.
We will use them shortly to clean the floor tile.
I don't like the upcharges when you come to the same address and you quote me a fee without looking at what it cost last time.

Very good cleaning and soft drying. Not crunchy like your competitors. I like the rake after cleaning to fluff the carpet up. I have recommended you.
The order was overpowering when he left and the house still had an odor 2 days later. I asked him to do the little spot at the end of the stairs and he just sprayed it without using the steam on it. There is still a slight odor.

I've used Zerorez a few times now and they are always very professional, polite and on time.
The tile work in my kitchen did not look very good. There were water stains and footprints from the technician all over the tile when he was finished
Your technician was congenial, efficient, and hard-working. He was apparently not given all the equipment he needed for one room and has to come back, but otherwise everything that was done looks great.
