This is the first time I have used ZeroRez. I was VERY pleased with how beautiful our white carpets looked after being cleaned. We also had the tile in our master bedroom cleaned, which is also white and it came out beautifully. I will be having them come out to do the tile in the rest of the house soon. Brian was our technician. He was very polite and helpful.
Excellent service and quality of work
Nothing, everything went well on this visit… the last visit, your carpet tech told me he would throw in the stairs a landing and that the difference it would cost just to tip him. Shady practices I let him do the stairs and landing and never paid the difference I just paid what I requested when setting up the appointment. 🤯 mind blowing how your carpet technicians just seem to do whatever they want to get extra money. My advice is give them a raise.
Our technician, Daniel L. arrived promptly as expected. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was involved in the services we requested. The results were amazing and trust me, that was a tough task! Daniel performed miracles on what we needed and finished in the quoted time. The drying time was minimal and outcome fantastic. My carpets look great and they dry fairly fast. They are on time and finish fast. The gentleman who did our carpet was nice & professional.
I spilled wax and I thought my carpet was ruined. Our amazing tech came out and was able to make the carpet look like the spill never happened!

It was very easy to schedule my appointment. Our technician, Derek, let me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly, efficient , and helpful, even giving me suggestions regarding the protectant. We have used Zerorez before and would definitely use them again and highly recommend Derek.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Zerorez from the point I called to scheduled an appointment and after my carpets were cleaned. Very professional .
I'm a senior and recently lost my partner who was in charge of rug maintenance. I chose Zerorez because of no chemical and quick appointment. I was dreading the whole process and barely slept the night before the appointment. Well, they called ahead that they would be on the way (right on time) and were very accommodating to my needs. They were quick and very efficient. Did an excellent job for a fair price. All my anxiety was gone. Would highly recommend- especially for us older people who feel venerable. Thank you!
