both of the upholstery items still have spots on them also spots on carpet the tires on the equipment had black on them I removed them from the marble floor employees removed them from the carpet still on the carpet at the service entrance, area rugs are okay

Was here a total of 10-15 minutes and didn’t get the dirt out of my stairs. Felt like he could have worked on it a bit longer

Besides the scheduling conflict that there was, there existed a lack of communication between the staff at the property performing the cleaning and myself with no updates unless requested by me.
This job took over 6 hours to complete. The job was started at about 1 and finished at about 7pm. Is this a normal time frame for you?

My second time using Zerorez was just as good as the first! I did the 3-room special (carpets $105) plus the "bio" for pet stains. The carpeting came out beautifully, the operator was professional, friendly and fast! A solid 10 from me!

I had Zero Res clean my townhouse and after when I was charged $182 I gave Zero Res employee $200 but he didn't give me back $18 change and kept the change... I called Zero Res to complain but have not heard from Zero Res since.
