friendly staff, flexible schedule
Angel was our carpet tech. He assessed the carpets and did a wonderful job cleaning them. They dried very quickly and and he also gave me very helpful tips in dealing with my dogs and when they have accidents.
Would highly recommend.
The crew that was sent to clean the carpets last October 12 did a very good, swift and clean job unlike the previous ones. It could be because of the new machine they were using.
Service was great, but the technician left black marks on our stair rail and wall from the hoses. I think it will clean off, still frustrating.
My technician, Bryan, was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Zerorez because of him alone but the services were top notch as well. I will be using you again soon for my tile.

I’ve used you guys several times and haven’t had any issues but this last time the drying time took way too long. At 10 pm there were several spots that were still very damp. Not sure why but this never occurred before on the other times we’ve used you guys. I know I should have let you know sooner but I’ve been very busy.

Unique product options compared to competitors with only extraction tool. Our tech Jay made all the difference in providing options for us to choose depending on our needs and budget. We have an aged carpet and didn't expect it to be fully restored yet we notice long term stains gone and pet solution addressed surprise accidents from our dog unbeknownst to us. We will use Zerorez for our next cleaning.
2nd time I have used them and they have been extremely professional and competitively priced. I highly recommend them.

I got my rug cleaned by Fabian he did an excellent job ! Very professional he walked in did his job and walked out . In the past I have complain about others that were sent to my home that were over pricing me for the same rug with disturbing behaviors .
