I believe it is most important to get a written quote before work starts. Although the floor looks great, It's not good to be charged so much without knowing what it will cost.
Very Good Cleaning of my Sofa. I so enjoyed all the services provided by
ZEROREZ.
We had a carpet cleaning service done on Saturday 12 October, we were shown with black lights dog pee stains from the previous tenant. We agreed to pay extra for stain removal. We waited until it had completely dried up and the next days checked for stain with a black light and the same ones we saw were there. We paid 200$ for two small bedrooms. It seems quite pricey for the carpet to be half clean. Very disappointing.

The technician that cleaned our carpets, Jay, had the courtesy to call before he arrived, arrived on time, and was very professional from the start. Jay explained everything that he was going to do to get our carpets cleaned, offered logical services without trying to up-sell us on unnecessary services, explained the costs, and then quickly and thoroughly cleaned our carpets. I cannot say enough complimentary things about Jay and Zerorez, except to use Zerorez with confidence, and make sure to request Jay as your technician!
