My carpet was very clean. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable.
Today is August 15th. We have called your office and Corporate Headquarters at least 3 times to tell you that we were very disappointed in our service on August 6th and you have not responded and it is over a week ago. That is poor customer service! Several stains were not removed with the level 2 cleaning in one bedroom. Also, in the master bedroom in front of the recliner the stain was not removed and in one area it is still sticky. The only room the employee did well was in the great room where we three were watching. He did the three runners and did not go and mop the wet areas around the edges which we had to do. He even took out all his equipment and we had to remind him that he missed doing one of the rooms, even though we showed him all the rooms before he started. The original contract was for 2 bedrooms, 1 office, the great room area rug and the 3 runners which were supposed to be at no charge. Customer Service great, ETA perfect and job nice and clean
I was a little upset that the technician spent only about maybe 5-7 minutes on my carpet. I have a 16x18 bedroom and I would have liked for him to have spent more time. I had to ask him to go over the heavily trafficked areas, as he only did it once. Also I feel that the fee was way to much for the amount of time that he spent on my carpet.
Product did not have a strong odor, and drying time was rapid. The service person was very friendly. Before he started he explained everything that he was going to do. Very satified.

I am 84 and it is very difficult for me to move furniture by myself. The first service that I got a helper came and that was great. In the following two services only one man came to boost Zeroresidue profits and did a fast and superficial job only. Tougher stains that needed a second swipe were ignored. Next time I need a service I will look for other options. I hope the investors are happy with the increased profits.

The cleaner was very professional and did a good job on the carpets and runners, but there are now white stains on one of the carpeted landings and runner. That was the only issue.
Carpet looks great and technician was very informative and friendly.
Zeroez does not use detergents, soaps or any chemicals. Just pure alkaline water.
