could not get my tile clean he told me going in that the grout would be tough spent a lot of money on just the living room and can’t tell any difference had problems with the machine felt like it could have been better.

Joe cleaned my carpet on Monday 7/29/24. I had 5 rooms that needed cleaned. Joe did a very good job. The carpet is 24 years old & it's been awhile since it's been cleaned.

The tech was so nice and friendly! We had our sofa and love seat cleaned it it looked great the first day but after drying all the stains and spots were still visible. For the almost $300 I had a higher expectations and I was disappointed it the final result
The team that showed up was so nice and polite and explained every charge in detail. They finished and cleaned up in about 2- hours. Everything looks great!!

Easy to make appointment. On time or early(with a phone call ahead to ask). Friendly professional cleaners that take care in the set up to protect surfaces that the hoses may touch. Make sure they let you know other services they can offer, but no high pressure ugly upselling. The cleaning product sells nice. Very thorough as they clean the carpets. We have our two chairs cleaned too and it really looks nice once complete and our carpet looks almost new again. We were sent Daniel L and his awesome partner and they were very nice. I highly recommend Zero Rez.
