The employee who serviced my home was fantastic
The technician was prompt. Gave a head call as promised. Explained everything and made no assumptions. Technician did make common sense recommendations of upgrades which made sense. Work was completed quickly with results that I did not expect. I had the carpets cleaned in the new house that I purchased. Previous owners, which was a family of four, had lived here for at least a decade. Not sure how long the carpet was here, but I never thought remnants of them could ever be removed from the house. After Zerorez, there was just one tiny spot in a corner in the the gym that could not be completely removed. Nothing is perfect so that is the only reason for not giving a 10. I will definitely use them again in the future and if asked, recommend them to anyone else.
