Your technician was very thorough and pleasant. The carpets turned out beautifully.
The crew that came out were awesome. Both team members were courteous and worked very hard. With no fault aimed at the crew, the carpet cleaning did not come out the way I expected. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining and no further measures need to be taken.

My carpet looks great and my home feels refreshed
It was 3 rooms for $100 and a sectional for $150. But the total came out to $350. But even still when the technician came out it jumped to $472. I can't recommend a company that is shady with extra fees.

The work that was performed was good. It was kind of a shock to go from the advertised price of $147.25 for living room, dining room 2 bedrooms and a hallway to $500 just by adding a tile floor in the kitchen.
Travis quoted me I believe 247 for stairs and 2 hallways. I told him we would need the spot remover due to dof urine. He also asked if I wanted the brush. I said yes. When it was time to pay it came up to 360 something. He said his phone was slow earlier. I thought that was alot of money for what was done.

Friendly, dud a great job.
The tech was very polite however I feel he rushed the job. We told him our dog leans on the couch so they will need extra attention. After the couch dried you could still see the dirt. He did not extend the leg in the recliners and clean that properly either. I asked about the stairs as well because I could see dirt he said it was the fibers. I made a comment on how fast he went and he replied back that is because he has the right tools. We were frustrated so my husband went and purchased a cleaner and redid one couch and the towel he used was filthy. For the money spent I was hoping for a much better job.

I love that my carpet looks and smells great without and soap residue. I especially like Daniel, the technician who performed the service. He was one of the best Zerorez technicians I've had and I’ve been using your company for more than 10 years! He made my carpet look good as new. I definitely want him again next time!
