The tech, Ricky (Ricardo) was prompt and professional. He recommended very effective pre-treatment solutions to high traffic and pet impacted carpet areas. I've been using Zerorez exclusively for several years now and this is the cleanest our carpets have ever been. Ricky is a gem and I'll be requesting him specifically when I book again in six months.
