Your service is very easy to schedule using your web site. I enjoyed that you just click on the services that you need and it calculates the estimated cost. i was also happy with being able to schedule my appointment at the time that was best for me.
A simple hose to clean all the carpets. It’s fast and efficient. The company is personal and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very professional & approachable
To start, I specifically instructed that I needed a phone call at least 30 minutes before anybody showed up. And the two times that he showed up he only called when he was already at my house making it very complicated for me to be there. And at least one of the times , I was not able to be there and somebody else had to let him in. The spots also didn’t all get remove. I was told that they’d come back out to redo it and he only spot checked. And I was told that they would redo the whole carpet, not spot check it. And it was very hard for me to move all the furniture by myself. After doing the random COUPLE of spots, he instructed to me that if I had any more concerns after 24 hours, that I could call you guys as many times as needed to come out and fix the problem (he was very friendly but was not clear as to what he was doing). Which apparently was a lie. And when I called saying I should at least get a discount, and I was told that a manager would call me within a couple hours if not the next day and two weeks went by and I had called a few times and nobody would get back to me. But eventually, I was able to have the manager call me back, and the manager on duty was very rude and said I wouldn’t get anything because, apparently, I had already gotten a discount. Which I had not been told beforehand when I originally asked for a quote. So I’m getting penalized for some thing I didn’t even know about, and that you would NOT come again because I already had my “one free time”.
The carpet did not stay “fluffy nice” like I had been told for even a week. And there was minimal traffic. And there are still indications of the stains/spots. I had heard great things about you guys, but I will never use you ever again.

I’ve used you several times and been very satisfied in the past. This time I was gas lit and called difficult because the sales person tried to pull a fast one and up charge me for a room I specifically showed him was part of the 3 room special I’ve alway done. After talking to several woman about this upsetting incident in my home while I was alone they had the same experience with different companies. Bait and switch and intimidation. Hope you all can make a change to the industry/commission business model. For now I’ll shop around and only schedule when my husband can be home to deal with this behavior.
I had a great experience last year. The tech was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. The last tech (from yesterday), was chit chatting on his ear piece/AirPod the whole time, didn’t ask if he should wear booties downstairs, went really fast, and did not use the wall bumpers like the last tech. Being on a personal call while doing a job feels unprofessional. He also missed a spot on my stairs.
I feel like the tech from last year did a better job as well.
Is good service but the point is about the guarantee because when lm call the operator tell me this guarantee is for 30 days in any service and when the technician is here he say the guarantee is only if lm including some especially quimical or something like that,then l think the operator need more specific.
the tech Joe was great in both his work ethic and explanations of things. My tile was restored to original luster.
