When the technician left, there were still some wet spots which I thought were to be expected. When they dried however, they were made up of sticky resin that we had to clean up.
I also thought your pricing makes no sense. You advertise a special of 300 sf for $200. I only needed about 150 sf of tile cleaned. How much did that save me for only needing half the square footage done?

The carpet seems clean but not soft at all. Not even 24h after the cleaning it looks and feels the same way as before. I don’t see and feel any different from the cleaning. I was expecting something else after paying more than $400.
I typically use Zerorez carpet cleaning twice a year. I have area rugs, which they do for a great price. They're quick, timely, friendly and clean up afterwards.
On your scale, a 5 is doing what you were hired to do - nothing more, nothing les. Anything above and beyond what was promised gets a higher rating. Anything that does not meet promises gets a lower rating. This is common sense. I don't know why you are disappointed with my rating.
Making the appointment was fairly simple. The first technician who arrived to clean the carpet couldn't do the job because his equipment broke down. A second tech showed up a bit later while another appointment was also doing work at my home. That was inconvenient, but your tech and the other company's tech worked together to get their respective jobs done. The result of the cleaning is less than expected because all of the markings from where the previous owner's furniture was positioned can still be seen. The tech told me you don't get these marking out. I got them out with a clothing steamer! Both of your technicians who showed up handled the equipment breakdown professionally and were courteous. After the job was done, you called me to ask if I wanted to proceed with scheduling the carpet cleaning! I had to tell the girl that the work was already done.
