The first time zerorez came out the carpet ended up looking the same. The second time they came out, we had to schedule it with our landlord since we had moved out of the house. Not sure if there was any difference but the landlord is taking it out of the deposit to get the carpets done again. Should have just not paid to get the carpets done if the landlord was going to the take the deposit anyways.
They showed up on time were courteous and did a nice job cleaning my carpets.
Very thorough clean of our rugs and the technicians were very personable and professional
I have used only zerorez for 27 years. They are the best!!
It was a great experience for us, Angel was great and took care of our home so quickly. We will definitely have you guys back twice a year going forward.
Technician Major called in advance of his appointment. We were ready when he showed up. He looked around gave us the estimate and went to work right away. Very friendly and professional.
He did a great job and made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Major and Zerorez for carpet and tile cleaning.
Excellent service from Bernardo! He was patient and diligent. He worked hard until the stubborn spots came out.
The young man was very nice and professional, but the mess that was left behind took me two days to clean up. I have used Zerorez many times over the past several years and have not had a mess like this before. He vacuumed, but debris was still on furniture, beds, shutters and carpets. This might have been a two person job instead of one.
Carpet cleaning.
I was recommended by my sister in law to try your service. When my sister in law saw the quality of the clean of one of the chairs, she replied, "Wow that's the best they could do? The technician went into great detail how about that this was the best he could do. The only part of the process that was accurate was the less that 2 hour drying time.When he sprayed the cleaning solution on the chairs, it went all over my floor as well. The equipment broke down during this part of the cleaning, was unable to finish after the first chair. Mopped (using a swiffer style broom) to clean up the mess. Had to wait for him to return with another crew under 2 hours later and finished the 2nd chair. Sprayed, I guess was a Scotch-guard solution that didn't cover all of either chair hardly at all and the 3 other people helped "clean" up the floor leaving a filmy residue all over my floor, that looked awful, that I was forced to clean it with a steam mop, several times before it got cleaned. I paid the $167.00 and they left. The tech mentioned that the equipment does this a lot (and apologized) like that would make me feel better that I was lucky enough to be one of the customers to have this happen. I still have to have a sofa,, love seats, floor tile and grout and the carpet cleaned in the rest of my home. Considering the process endured with the 2 chairs cleaning, I would have to be the biggest idiot on the planet to have your company clean anything else in my home. I am also sure that me writing this revue will be a waste of my time since it will not fix the quality of the first time. Seriously why would I have your group out to do my sofa and love seat if not to expect the same sort of floor cleanup a $35.00 misting of Scotch-guard on my furniture and hope your equipment doesn't break down again. Your commercials paint a different picture of the service level experience.that we paid for. I won't put this on a Google or Yelp review because if this wasn't a one off service call, your group has a much larger issue to fix. First name removed Rispoii

Done so quickly the prespray barely was in and he was done in 40 minutes
We do feel the stairs could be done more carefully for sure and a couple spots could have been pretreated As well
Very mindful of corners and paid specialized attention to the high traffic areas. Got all the deep set stains out.

Love the fact that you use no harsh chemicals and the clean, fresh smell after carpets are cleaned.
Also, the solution used to clean my tile has left my shower floor looking whiter than ever before!!! Very pleased.
Lastly, our tech Zak was awesome!! Very prompt, professional and had a refreshingly humorous demeanor.
I would highly recommend this company.

We have our wool carpets cleaned every six months and zerores does a fantastic job! The techs are professionals. They all seem to enjoy what they do! Highly recommend using zerores!!

Two technicians came out, but unfortunately carpet was not cleaned as others testified that your company could get stains out. Disappointed for the cost, but technicians were polite.
