Jay, was the Technician, who removed all the dirt marks on my carpet. He was every bit of a professional, polite and he provided prices and explained them. I definitely hope that he’s available when I have my carpet cleaned again. He said by evening my carpet would be dry and he was correct. I like this non-chemical company very much and highly recommend it. They’re specials are just as good as their work.

I was not prepared for the price of tile cleaning. Once on site, the technician quote me over $800, then offered me a discount to bring it to approx $500, then finally offered $400 as a final attempt to secure the business but I was very put off by that time. So he ended up doing a quick pass on a small piece of carpet, not thorough the way other technicians have been over the last 20 years. This might have been the last time I use zero rez after being a customer for decades.

Marks left on my rug on living room. 48 hours later still
There. Also a resididue on rug. Master bedroom still dirty. Very unhappy. Had house turn upside for 3 days. Coming Saturday afternoon to redo.
Every single person that I dealt with at Zerorez was absolutely amazing, helpful understanding we organizing Things to make it all work Mario the guy that actually did the cleaning was amazing. Came back twice just to make sure we can get it done on the day I needed and it was a fantastic job. I recommend the very very highly I’ll even do a free commercial for them that’s how much I like them. Thank you to all of you you really helped me out.
