I will explain it like this in a nutshell the carpet looks fantastic the work was great your carpet tech Rogelio he was fantastic to work with he took the time to explain the whole process very pleased with his work very pleased with the carpet I will highly recommend it to all my friends associates and co-workers and when your carpetech is singing and doing his job that tells me one thing he enjoys it and I appreciate that highly recommend zerorez

Someone in the customer service was suppose to contact us after we had our floors cleaned. I sent pictures to Zerorez and they never responded. We are disappointed.

I appreciate that the technicians let us know when they are on their way, they arrive on time, and they provide excellent service. I like that the cleaning leaves carpets, upholstery, and tiles/ grout clean with no residue or shampoo odors. I highly recommend Zero Rez.
