Zerorez aare always on time when they say they will arrive at a certain time they do. Also,
they are very courteous and helpful when they arrive. Zerorez workers do a very ggood and thorough job in particularly Major who did our carpets. I paid over $200 to deep clean pet stains and the stains are all back. What a waste of money
Our floors and carpets are very clean now.
The carpets were cleaned on the 25th of October. After drying for 3 days, there are matted down tracks in the rugs that will not come out, and what looks like a white-colored residue, after two successive rounds of vacuuming with the machine on the lowest setting. I have photographs available, taken this morning.
The two gentlemen who came to clean my office were extremely well-mannered and professional. They did a great job and arrived within the window they were scheduled for. They did a fantastic job and our office felt fresher than ever, just in time for some Execs to fly into town and meet at our office.

Love the fact that there’s no smell. This time around Zach was really good. Was able to get all the stains up this time around. He was very professional.
Some tiles were smeared with solution after drying. Please work to reduce the toxic small of your cleaning products. I understand that this is a delicate balance.

Your advertisement showed where your carpet was real dirty and then it showed real clean even though the carpet was clean and still had lots of room for improvement the guy did the best he could but I think it could have been better
