The carpet was very clean look like new and it was soft
Although I have always used Zerorez, the technicians are all different. Our technician this last time was Mike. He was a little rough on the baseboards. I have carpeted steps (3 steps) in my bedroom for my Pom to get up on my bed. I forgot to put these steps up on the bed so the carpet could be cleaned. Unfortunately, Mike left them there & cleaned around them! He could have easily moved them, or asked me to move them.
He also needed to access our home WiFi in order for me to pay. I feel the company should make other arrangements for their technicians.
Jayden was on time, contacted me before he arrived so I could be prepared, Jayden did his usual professional job, and it was all over in less than an hour!
Ethan showed up on time and did a great job
He arrived early. Great communication with the company about the arrival time. He was very professional and pleasant. He tolerated my barking dogs. He worked very hard on a bad situation and did his best. That’s all anyone can ask. No weird chemical smell. Dried quickly. Will use them in the future. Very happy with the service.

I had company coming, my dog just finished being in heat, and my floors and carpet were REALLY bad! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Two guys came, and with a great deal of care they did an amazing job! Daniel was super and was teaching a new guy the ropes. My floors came out amazing!
On time, respectful & quick. Carpet had a lot of stains since it’s in a game room but came out very clean and stain free! Area rugs were also cleaned spot free! And to top it all, they were not soaking wet but slightly damp which were dried in a couple of hours. I will definitely use them again! Happy client!!

Cleaning is very good. Technician was friendly but not near as informative as last one who was great. All n all great company so far.
I was upsold on the level 1 bio cleaner after telling the guy multiple times I wanted to pass I finally caved in and the carpet looked worse in the spots that he said would come off after it dried! I was able to get more out with my own carpet cleaner than he did.
