The technician was amazing, very friendly and great to work with. I had my carpets cleaned to get rid of the smell that came from an accident on the carpet in a large closet. The room still has the same strong odor, it was masked by the cleaner smell for the first 24 hours but is back. The carpet is only a year old so the smell is only for this one incident. The carpet also feels like there is a film on it in the spot of the accident. For just normal dirt and wear I would have them come back to clean but I was expecting a significant improvement in this area and it did not see any.

There were several places that weren't as clean as they were the last time I used your service, and I have pictures. I had to go over them myself and the amount of dirt that came up was extremely disappointing, and i have pictures of that as well.

Zerorez has an excellent service. They came to my home, assessed the conditions and gave me a quote. Once I approved the price, Zach and his full service truck had all the necessary equipment to get the job done right then. Zach was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and finished in the time frame he said. I have used Zerorez for other commercial jobs and now I can vouch for their residential services.

I did feel like I was upsold on some items - maybe it was needed maybe not.
But I scheduled the service thinking the price was around $110 and when everything was said and done, it was $391... Maybe a better questionnaire would be needed when booking online to ensure the customer is prepared for the price.
