Asaiel was wonderful. He worked hard to clean all our floors and undo damage that other companies did (heavy wax residue on hardwood floors). He also got a tough stain out of our carpeting and offered advice as to the best products to use to keep our floors as clean as he got them.
I won’t hesitate to use Zerorez in the future.

Very professional
I'm a senior and recently lost my partner who was in charge of rug maintenance. I chose Zerorez because of no chemical and quick appointment. I was dreading the whole process and barely slept the night before the appointment. Well, they called ahead that they would be on the way (right on time) and were very accommodating to my needs. They were quick and very efficient. Did an excellent job for a fair price. All my anxiety was gone. Would highly recommend- especially for us older people who feel venerable. Thank you!

This is the first time I have used ZeroRez. I was VERY pleased with how beautiful our white carpets looked after being cleaned. We also had the tile in our master bedroom cleaned, which is also white and it came out beautifully. I will be having them come out to do the tile in the rest of the house soon. Brian was our technician. He was very polite and helpful.
