Results were good. The technician Jay gave me a lot of good information and advise for future care of carpet.
We love how clean and easy having zerorez clean our carpets. We have been using over the last few years and will continue to do so. Jayden was great, very friendly.

First I must say that Antonio did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet here at MHC! He detailed each room taking his time to make sure each corner of every room was sparkling. He even made sure our welcome mat was cleaned before he left. That was the cherry on TOP! Thank you for providing such wonderful service and great customer service.

He sold me on his cleaning job ... when he showed me s 1/2-cleaned pillow ... and there was a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the cleaned side from the uncleaned side��
My tech was fantastic, and got everything wonderfully clean. This will be something I definitely do every couple months. They took great care of me, and they do not overcharge.
No harsh chemicals.... service technician who was excellent and gave an accurate time frame for the treatment and the drying time. Best ever cleaning.
The technician, Major, was right on time...even a little early. He was friendly and inquired as to what things needed attending to and made a thorough search of the work to be done. He carried out the job in an efficient and timely manner. The floors/carpets look great!
I like that they came out the same day; I like that the rugs weren't left soggy wet, and dried pretty quickly; and they look great right now. The only thing I was not sure of is how much it cost for 3 runners and 3 area rugs, when the prices I saw online for whole rooms oof carpeting to be cleaned was so much less than our 3 area rugs and 3 runners! I think we will look elsewhere next time, if we need our rugs cleaned.
