Great technician. Love that it is safe for animals and doesn't have a strong odor. My carpets always look brand new after cleaning.
Ive used other carpet cleaners in the past but my carpet is so nice with Zerorez. It stays looking great. With others' my carpet looked good for a few weeks but because they don't take out the soapy residue it would actually look worse after a month. Zerorez in the best.
Although I think the bio treatment worked the surface cleaning seemed rushed and quick

For the 2 SMALL rooms and the price of $121.00 the carpet doesn't look any different its mushed down so there goes the saying you can make old carpet look like brand new ! Also they were in and out in 20 mins . We also were not impressed with the one of the employees.
He called to let us know he had a cancelation and he wanted to come earlier for which we complied. He came and wasn't friendly at all. He forgot to put on his shoe covers. I just got out of the hospital and didn't want no shoes in house unless coverings are on also right away got upset when we denied a extra price for pet stains for which he put a black light on as you can't see it said well I would have to sign a waiver. I said OK. Well he never had me sign that. He seemed like he rushed the job , left a puddle of water at the end of both rooms in hallway , which I had to clean up with a towell as not to slip and fall So we are not happy 😕
You can make it right by letting your employee have some common sense and good kind customer skills and we would like a refund or partial at the very least

Service person was knowledgeable and courteous. Got in and out. Carpets were as good as they could get. Satisfied results.
Your tech didn’t call, he sent a direct voicemail to my phone and I never heard the alert as it is set at a low volume alert. So I wasn’t quite ready for him when he rang the doorbell. Paid for 3 rooms with a free hallway job included. 2 rooms we only requested minimal areas in each room, (we had removed all furniture in L/R, some furniture in 1st B/R & minimal furniture in 2nd B/R, which I told him that on one side of bed in 2nd bedroom, I’d appreciate as much as he could accomplish, his response was “if I can get to it”, well he never did do it) Time it took, less than 30-45 minutes, job appearance - better than before they arrived. BUT…quick job, no real detailing done, felt it they could have done a more TLC - C/S attention job than was given. In & Out to get to next job! Also have seen more dust in our home since the cleaning than when I do it myself, even after thoroughly vacuuming when finally dried (24hrs), Wondering if it’s due to your “chemical” cleaning vs water treatments, which I found the carpet wetter than when I use my BISSELL Carpet Cleaner when I have done it myself.

I called to make an appointment to clean my carpets and couch, fully expecting to wait for an opening. The guy who answered was able to quote me right over the phone and schedule my appointment for the very next day! Bryan was the technician and he was very courteous, professional and just a really good guy! Asked if I had any concerns with certain areas, checked with me after he was done with the carpets to make sure I was happy, before moving on to cleaning the couch. When I need anything cleaned, Zerorez will be my first choice and Bryan will be the technician I ask for every time!
Major called to let me know that he was running late, and I appreciate that. He is very professional, came in explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job.
You guy charged me for two room when there was only one. I assume that the technician charged me for my closet but he didn't disclose that it would be charged as a room.
Neither the less, everything else was fine.
They did a wonderful job. We had very soiled carpets, and now they look and smell wonderful. The best carpet cleaners in town.
