Company was very communicative with me. It started with confirmation of appointment and suggested activities to do to get ready for cleaning to email telling me of call from service tech 30 minutes before arrival to actual call from service tech. Then came the follow-up emails. How was visit? Were there any issues? Did I have suggestions for improvements?
The service and your products used were fantastic and effective. I had used another service provider before but all that stopped with this impressive and successful service call.

Very friendly technician. Did great cleaning job. Took about 8 hours to totally dry (had ceiling fans on)…much longer than 4-6 hours quoted. No upfront disclosure of service charge, and I thought the $35 for traffic area was very high.
He was fast and courteous and know what I need and get it done . In and out in no time. The carpet is super clean like the day I first moved in.
Your employees are always so friendly and do a thorough job. I have been a regular customer since I moved here in 2023. I have my tile and carpet cleaned every six months. This time I had my air ducts cleaned. Joe did a great job and cleaned everything up when he was done. Showed me what was removed and informed me of the affect of breathing in dirty air. I recommend Zerorez to everyone!

Derrick does fantastic work! I have used ZeroRes twice now & have upcoming future appointments already scheduled! On the second visit, Derrick knew how to approach the floorplan of my home & was able to do the work in less time. He works smart & hard. He talks through the service options & allows you, the client, to decide what you want or need with no pressure. I asked for a “total” to avoid sticker shock at the end & he was happy to go over pricing before the work began. He is a stand up representative & represents his company with excellence. I recommend this company.

On the first visit it felt like the rep was continuing to push for an upgrade to what service we chose. Then stating he performed all we paid for but we found out that was not true. The rooms smelt 100x worse then we he started and we had to request a redo. They sent the same technician back again who again said the issue was our fault and we needed to pay for a level 2 or get rid of the carpet we only had for 2 years and spent $10k on. To ensure he did the job I had to sit there and watch him which was extremely annoying. Very disappointing to see how they operate.
The technician recommended the best treatments for our carpet, and gave us great deals. He was very knowledgeable about pet urine stains and suggested treatments for them. Our carpet feels cleaner every time after Zerorez versus a competitor we had used before.
