Asael was great! My carpets and tile grout are super clean.
Areas pointed out as simple spots & told came out.. did not. Did not close doors to clean carpet behind. Carpet is less than year old… simple traffic areas like steps showed no improvement at all. Carpets were very wet & took nearly 2 days to dry with ceiling fans @ air running.
The representative who called to tell me our technician was on his way was very polite and understanding. The technician Braiden was polite, courteous, thorough, focused on his task, and personable. I would use this service again and recommend to a friend.
I really like that you actually live up to the name and promises of your service - ZEROREZ; no clumps of sticky cleaning product left behind, no odor of chemical residue, no splashes of cleanser against walls or floors, no mushy oversaturated carpet. Great cleaning, quick drying, very helpful and polite techs, all at a VERY reasonable price!
Since having my stairs and hall cleaned Saturday afternoon, I now have dark streaks in my carpet that were not there before the cleaning. The carpet has been vacuumed with a shark and a Dyson at this point and the pattern isn't going away. My stairs and part of my hallway have stripes. It looks terrible and dirtier now than it did before the cleaning. I plan on reaching out to zero rez with pictures and asking for a refund so I can have a different company fix my carpet or having a tech from zerorez come back out to fix this. It looks so bad.

Michael was courteous and professional; worked quickly and even did a better job than the last technician that cleaned our carpets (I have Zerorez come every 6 months). I had him also clean our tile and it looks so nice. If we can ask for the same technician to come back, I'll ask for him.

We have pretty old carpet that has suffered through two teenage boys and a retriever that sheds more hair than she keeps. I didn't think it would look great, but we hired Zerorez when we were moving out just to try and restore things a little. They did a little upsell for a brush service to get the pet hair out. Again, I wasn't hopeful, but paid for the extra service to see what would happen. We had vacuumed well before they arrived, but I was blown away by how much dog hair came up with their brush service. And when they were done, it looked better than it did 5 years ago when we moved in. I'm very impressed.

Technician was super knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion on what would work best on our carpets. He also states our carpet has been well taken care of even after 4 years and it’s never been professionally cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, used to have a 14 year old male dog who didn’t know where he was towards the end of his life and would pee on the floor and one of my cats will angry pee when she’s mad. I was mortified what came up on the blue light but he assured me it wasn’t bad and he could get it all out. The spots that I know were the angry pees came up flawlessly and there is no smell which SHOCKED me. We will be requesting him in the future! He also was very nice to try to be as quiet as possible while our newborn was sleeping which was very considerate of him even though she can sleep thru a tornado.
Hi! I’m a big fan of yours and I’ve used this company for years as do my friends. I scheduled a cleaning for a bedroom at Turnberry Place. I noted on the online request unit #501. Scheduled for Monday June 2nd. Braydon was very timely and gave me a heads up call so I could leave work to meet him. Upon arrival he informed me that we needed a portable cleaning unit. I understand that maybe the address wasn’t noted that it is a highrise so I called to reschedule. My original estimate was around $78 because I was going to do 2 rooms. I was using the code you had emailed me MOM30 for a discount. When Braydon said I’d need a portable unit that would be an additional $150. So I assumed total around 225 ish….. Then i received my confirmation email for June 4th cleaning and the estimate was $65.60. The day of I went to print the estimate the estimate was $48.40. Tracy showed up timely and fantastic but then told me it would be over $300. I had the estimate on my iPad that I showed. I was in bit of a pickle seeing that I needed it done and it was the 2nd time I’d taken off work. Needless to say for the 1 room that I did opt for the extra protection (the lower priced option) it seems awfully pricey. The total area was maybe 10 x 12 as there’s a king bed and furniture in the bedroom. There is a line item for the discount but it’s for $15.60. Nothing close to the 30% off it should have been. The estimates and then the actual charges were so far off I feel a little bamboozled. Both technicians were great but hopefully you can understand my frustration. Thanks First name removed
