Stains returned after just one hour after being cleaned. And I paid for the extra pet pre treatment. I was told there was a 30 day guarantee, and they have to come back out to redo. Extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend, or use ZeroRez again.

Tracy was professional and personable. He gave us some good pointers, was efficient and thorough. Carpets look fine. I'm still trying to submit the form for the "Glittering Lights" ticket. I mean literally waiting for the submission to upload. When we get the promised certificate, I might even update the score....
