I can't believe it's the same floor! Zerorez did an incredible job cleaning my tile. I have used them for carpet cleaning for several years but finally decided to clean my tile. Amazing!

Very knowledgeable and professional technician. My only complaint is that for being charged $405.00 when I was initially told it was $89.00, my carpets should all be clean, however my one problem room from our new puppy still has the same smell. I should be refused back the extra payment and only charged for the initial $89.00 since the additional services did not work.
I particularly liked your associate Carlos. He knows what he is doing and my carpets look great! A real asset to your company.

My experience both on the phone with the helpful, friendly woman who scheduled my service and with the tech who actually did the cleaning made dealing with Zero Rez a pleasure. The tech arrived when he said he would and did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. I am totally sold on this company and will happily use Zero Rez in the future and will recommend it to my friends and neighbors.
They work! I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years now and have never had a complaint. Guys are extremely nice and polite. They explain what they are gonna do and then get to it. My carpets always look fantastic when they’re done.

Our service tech, Andrew, was personable and friendly and explained all the steps and options for cleaning our carpets. We have a rescue kitty with long fur (read: he sheds) so I knew we needed the deep clean option. Like, big time. I had vacuumed the carpets before he came but Andrew pulled up so much fur left behind, I was amazed. Afterwards, the carpets had their true color and they smelled so good!

The technicians are always prompt, professional, and courteous. They give recommendations for additional services, but never pressure you into buying them. I have been using Zerorez for many years and have never had a bad experience.

Price was for right there’s no hidden charges anyway the carpets came out beautiful all the stains came out I’m very happy with the outcome I will be using you again this is the second time you guys came and did my carpets the technician was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do

David was a great technician he took his time to do a great job! He was on time, and even waited a few minutes for me to get back from an errand. The carpets are beautiful and I am definitely satisfied. Zerorez went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, and along with the carpet special, also applied a gas card ( I have not received that yet) But I am sure it is on the way. I will definitely use their services again, and recommend them to others.
The ad on the radio says there is a gas card offered with cleaning. Never brought up.
Had to clean the tiles after the hoses dripped water.
The cost for protection of the carpets was rather high.

I am very pleased with this company. Andrew and Conner were our workmen, and they called before they came, showed up on time, worked well as a team, explained thoroughly all my options and did an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job! I love how they used corner guards to protect my walls and baseboards from the rub of the hose. No black marks left behind. Once dry the carpets looks beautiful, just like new! The pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely use this company again.
