I am not sure about the service. It seems the treatment made the carpet hard instead of soft looking. It’s lkke putting styling cream in your hair. It holds the carpet stiff and as you walk on it, it presses the carpet down like it’s patted down..

While the technician was great, scheduling was poor! Further, staff understanding of my concerns was not taken seriously. Good work, poor service.
