I would like a refund of 450.00. I am not satisfied with the way my carpet looks. Whatever David used, turned my carpet yellow.
I am very satisfied with your service. Technician is very friendly and explains everything about the service.
The carpet was good. The tiles though were dirty after they dried. I was given the opportunity to have someone come back. At first the earliest was 3 days.... And then 4 hours later. But I didn't want to move the furniture back and then again and I had plans that night. I was also told the team could nice the furniture but I didn't want that.
I ended up mopping the floor and cleaning up the residue and left over dirt.
I was just disappointed I paid an extra $200 and had dirty tiles.
Using water instead of any kinds of chemicals.

The fact that no chemicals are used, the techs are fast and efficient, the carpets dry quickly and look great! Also very reasonably priced. I've used Zerorez for years and am always satisfied.
Our tech was terrific. Carpets always look great, even though they are more than 10 years.
I like that the carpet stays cleaner for a longer period of time. It doesn't seem to get dirt spots. I had some little dog pee spots last year and had your men spray them. When they checked the carpet again this year, all those spots were gone. I did have a few new ones, and we treated them. They were quick and efficient workers.
