Quick and clean as always. I use no one else as your technicians are courteous and always do a great job.
I was quoted a price and it was the old bait and switch. I ended up paying double. My carpet cleaner guy was very good and respectful.

The appointment was easy to make, and then when we had to reschedule to accommodate furniture delivery, it was a snap. On the day of the cleaning, Juan and Anthony arrived on time...explained the job, what to expect, were courteous, and did a great job! Very satisfied with the air duct and dryer vent cleaning, and the carpets look and feel great! We are pleasantly surprised how the "heavy use" areas (family room, stairs, and hallway) are so clean and revitalized. Thanks Zerorez!

My floors turned out perfect!! I love how they look! The grout turned out fantastic! I couldn't have asked for more. The technician was wonderful! The only negative thing I have to say is about the price. It was $600.00+ to get my grout cleaned. My house is small, therefore I don't think Think Shoes price was good because it wasn't.
I like not have a chemical smell.

Friendly service & great job cleaning the carpets with foot traffic stains are removed.
My carpets are clean and I do like the protection spray that is applied. I believe it helps to keep the carpets from getting dirty and easier to vacuum.
Have smaller attachments that get the gross lines that cleaning leaves behind against the floor line and wall lines.
Know when a stain won’t come out instead of having me spend more for it to not work.
Not charge so much for pet urin. $60 for a small 24 inch space is a lot.
Be more flexible with deals. Stairs should be able to be switched in place of two rooms for the Mercedes special.
The communication as to when the techs were on the way. The techs were very informative and helpful.
