How effective they are
The service provided was first class, Would highly recommended this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned.
Zerorez was fantastic! They were on time and even gave me a 30 minute courtesy call before arriving to my home. The price was the same as the quote they gave me over the phone, which was nice. The whole process only took about an hour for two bedrooms, a dining room, living room and a hallway. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone I know!
Great as always!!
First, Steven is really good at his job! My carpets look like new and all but the "doggie" spots dried quickly. Using other carpet cleaners, the high traffic areas turn darker in a shorter period of time. It's more expensive than others, but I'm convinced you get what you pay for!! You can be sure I won't use anyone else again! (And, I'm still working on the bathroom habits of my six-year-old dog, but I'm not holding my breath.)
Reggie was courteous explained what he was doing and the chemicals he was using and what they do. I will use Zerorez again

I called to get a quote and was excited to get what I was quoted, Then I scheduled my appointment your technician came out and I showed him what I wanted when he first gave me a quote similar to what I was quoted the time I made my appointment.
Then it changed three different times which was very unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Come on people! I had one bedroom done, The hallway Two stairs and a small landing and was quoted very, very high for the small area.
I wanted to add the stairwell but the price was just ridiculous. Come on people! Just for carpet cleaning? I only requested pet stain removal in a small area of the room, not the whole area's that was done, and...The carpet has a film on it that I have never experienced before in any carpet cleaning in my lifetime of cleaning my carpets. it is like he did not remove the soap or product that was sprayed on my carpet. I do not know about the various discrepancies in pricing which made me really not trust your company and your technician. I would have tipped him, although he got it in the price he changed Three (3) times for such a small area.
I have tried other carpet cleaning companies and you guys are by far the best that I have hired. The service was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier!

Wasn’t happy with up stairs bedroom
Chris and Reggie were very professional and made some good suggestions on how to protect the carpets from any further damage. I would highly recommend Zerorez especially those who have severe allergies. My carpets look great! I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

Chris and Reggie called within the time window stated and on the early side. Chris explained the process as well as the more advanced cleaning which my carpet needed so I opted for that.They both were very pleasant and thorough and outside of Reggie being a Yankee fan it was a very pleasant experience! (Haha).

Your pricing is way too high. I had to omit throw and area rugs.
I do not have wall to wall carpet, and Stephan told me you charge 1.50 a sq. foot.
